Tim is one of the most in-demand instructors in the Tri-County region. A skilled instructor with a gift for making baseball both fun and accessible for all students.

Selected in the 7th Round of the 2005 Major League Baseball Draft by the Houston Astros Tim played 3 seasons in the minors.

He is a 2019 Wissahickon High School Hall of Fame Inductee.

Played in the Atlantic League for the Camden Riversharks (2008) and Bridgeport Bluefish (2009-2010).

Michael has been with the Boilermakers since 2017 and is currenlty Varsity pitching coach at Upper Moreland High School. 

Two-way player (P/OF) at Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD). 

Former Assistant Strength and Conditioning coach and a personal trainer at SCAD from 2008 – 2013. 

Upper Bucks Christian High School single season record holder for batting average, homeruns, and OBP, as well as the career leader in hits and homeruns. 

Hatboro-Horsham High School Head JV coach for 8 years and 24 years of experience as a Senior American Legion coach with Horsham

Two time World Masters Baseball Champion with Melbourne AU and Calgary CA, as well as being an eight time National Champion and eight time PenDel/Perky League Champion

Had a distinguished career at Temple Univeristy where he was in Top Ten in Career Pitching Stats at Temple University

As a junior at TU, led the pitching staff in IP (90.1), ERA (3.26), CG (4), SHO (1) and BB/9 (2.27).

As a senior at TU, led the pitching staff in Wins (7) and SHO (1), while also compiling 4 CG, 40 K, and a 4.86 ERA in 76 IP.

Jeff has been a Boilermakers coach since 2025 and comes with 20+ years of coaching experience.

He was the Archbishop Wood Assistant Coach (2001-2002), Truman High School Assistant Coach (2004-2013) and is currently the Upper Moreland High School Assistant Coach (2021-Present).

Chad played Shortstop, Third Base, Second Base, and Pitcher at Penn State Berks. He finished his career at Berks with a .369 batting average and 19 homeruns, tying the single season home run record his senior year. He then transferred to King University where he played mostly Second and First Base. In his single year tenure, Chad was able to muster 7 homeruns for the Tornado.

Chad has been coaching the 2027 Boilermakers along side Pete Moore since 2024.

He is best known for utilizing his mechanical engineering degree to teach the science behind an efficient swing.

Matt was a former standout middle infielder at Penn State University who was then selected by the Pittsburgh Pirates in the 21st round of the 2007 MLB Draft. Following his professional career, Matt continued playing in the independent Atlantic League of Professional Baseball with the Long Island Ducks.

During his senior season at Penn State, Matt started all 57 games and hit .335 while leading the team in both at-bats (233) and hits (78). He posted a .983 fielding percentage while playing second base and shortstop, committing just five errors in 300 total chances. His 183 assists rank second in Penn State single-season history, while his 78 hits rank third all-time for a single season.

Former assistant coach at Hatboro-Horsham High School and has served the past 3 years as an assistant coach at Upper Moreland High School.

Joe has coached youth baseball with Warrington Youth Baseball for over eight years, working with players from 7U through 12U. He has also served as an assistant coach for the Fort Washington Golden Generals American Legion team 2003-2005. A lifelong catcher, Joe played youth baseball with the RBI Phillies program and Fort Washington American Legion, where he was named Lower Montco MVP in 2002. He went on to play collegiately at Albright College and later continued his playing career in the Perkiomen Twilight League with the Ambler Rebels. Joe is passionate about teaching the game the right way, with an emphasis on fundamentals, teamwork, confidence, and having fun. His goal is to help every player improve, compete with confidence, and develop a lifelong love of baseball.

A 2019 graduate of Penn State Abington, Tyler was a four-year standout as both a first baseman and starting pitcher. During his collegiate career, he earned two Conference Player of the Week honors and finished among the top players in program history in hits, batting average, RBIs, on-base percentage, and home runs, while also setting the school record for walks in a single season and career. He continued his playing career in three MLB-funded collegiate summer leagues across Virginia, Kentucky, and Georgia, earning League MVP honors in Virginia in 2017 and First Team All-League recognition in two leagues. He later coached at Abington High School from 2021–2022 before joining EL1 Sports as General Manager and Lead Instructor.

A First Team All-League player at Wissahickon High School, Eric went on to continue his baseball career at Gettysburg College.

Mike is a former four-year Division 3 collegiate baseball starter and team captain. He also has over 6 years years of private lesson experience, working one-on-one with players and helping them develop their skills, confidence, and understanding of the game. As a coach, Mike focuses on building strong fundamentals while helping each player develop confidence, discipline, and a better understanding of the game. Having worked with players individually since 2020, he understands that every athlete learns differently.

Mike was also a three-time Landmark Conference Spring Academic Honor Roll selection during his collegiate career. He believes the same work ethic, preparation, and discipline that lead to success in the classroom can translate directly to success on the baseball field.

This is Jimmy’s 3rd year as a Boilermakers coach.

Jimmy played 4 years collegiately at Division 2 Indiana University of Pennsylvania as a left-handed pitcher. In 2024 he competed in the Division 2 College Baseball World Series where his team advanced to the semi-finals and finished 3rd in the country.

Played for All American Baseball Academy (2B, Outfield). Ryan has been coaching and giving private lessons for the past 5 years.

JP has been a Boilermakers coach for 2 years. He also has coaching experience as an Assistant Coach at Ancillae Assumpta Academy.

Wissahickon Varsity Pitching Coach since 2023 & 4 year Varsity Player at Hatboro Horsham High School. Continued career at Lasalle University graduating in 2021, then went on to play 1 year at West Chester University in 2022. Played in MLB Draft League with Trenton Thunder and Williamsport Crosscutters.

Michael is entering his third season coaching baseball at Central Middle School. His coaching experience includes travel baseball at the 10U, 11U, and 12U levels, leading a tournament team from 10U through 14U, and developing youth players between the ages of 8 and 10.

Michael began playing baseball in Watsonville, California, progressing from T-ball through Little League Majors before continuing into Pony and Colt League. In addition to coaching, Michael has served in the Army National Guard for 20 years as a combat tank operator, scout, and infantryman. Michael’s coaching philosophy is centered on developing complete athletes and confident young men. He believes baseball provides an opportunity to teach lessons that reach far beyond the field. He emphasizes respect, honor, personal courage, discipline, teamwork, and the confidence to face challenges with purpose.

Growing up in Northeast Philadelphia, Pat played for Wissinoming in the Philadelphia Devlin League. In 2018, he moved to the Boyertown area and began his coaching career for them in knee-high/minors rec as well as 8U and 9U advanced play. The 2026 season marks his first year with the Boilermakers organization.

Played Outfield and pitched at Division II University of the Sciences.

2nd Team all Catholic at Roman Catholic High School.

New to the Boilermakers this season, Alex brings 12 years of playing experience to the field, including four years of college baseball at the University of Lynchburg and DeSales University.

Calvin has been coaching baseball for the past four years and is joining the Boilermakers for the first time this season. He currently plays collegiate baseball at DeSales University, where he contributes as both a catcher and first baseman. With 13 years of playing experience, Calvin brings a strong understanding of the game and valuable on-field knowledge to help develop our players.

Andrew has been with the Boilermakers since 2022 and comes with years of playing and coaching experience. He played collegiate baseball at Neumann University where his career accolades include 100 Career Hits Club, 6th All-Time in program history in home runs, 2nd All-Time in program history in walks, 12th All-Time in program history in RBI's.

He then went on to play professional baseball (2024-2026) for the Martinez Sturgeon of the Pecos League and a Spring Training Invite with the Boise Hawks of the Pioneer League. Andrew does private lessons as well and has coached kids who have committed to college, ranging from all levels of Division 1 to Juco.

After graduating from Springside Chestnut Hill Academy in 2016, Gunnar went on to play five years of college baseball at Thomas Jefferson University. Following his playing career, he stayed at Thomas Jefferson University to coach from 2023-2026 where he filled a variety of different roles such as Pitching Coach, Hitting Coach, Infield Coordinator, Recruiting Coordinator, and Base running Coach. In the 2025 season, Thomas Jefferson led Division II baseball in Stolen Bases and Sacrifice Bunts. The team would also go on to eclipse 40 wins and set the record for most wins in program history.

I have coached and trained hundreds of high-level athletes across high school, college, and professional baseball. My approach emphasizes developing efficient and effective mechanics while maximizing each athlete’s physical capabilities to help them become the best athletes and baseball players they can be. I also place a strong emphasis on developing tactical skills, baseball IQ, and mental strategies that allow athletes to compete with confidence and perform at a high level.
